I have no idea what this is supposed to be, but it's pretty kickass
The bass has a hauntingly interesting riff, the drumbeat is great and the spoken parts and the siren bring it an interesting sound
It's basically a delicious cake of trance to your ears

It has a great happy and mellow feel to it, so it manages to be a very uplifting, yet very relaxing
